Just know this:
Well, at the end of the day, for all your tilting at windmills, the wheat still gets ground into flour, the appetizing smell of freshly baked bread pervades the air, and life goes on, as usual.

They say that a man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still.

Don't fret and fume too much as life is too short for that sort of thing. A septuagenarian that you are should know better!
