steve, UN got involved in Kosovo AFTER the fighting has stopped, not before, as I posted to combjelly: Message 20533803 meaning the Kosovo war was entirely "illegal" as far as the UN is concerned, unlike in Iraq where the issue is much more in the grey area. In Bosnia, UN forces stood by as massacre took place just a few miles for the post of UN "peacekeepers". Joe
