Bald-faced lies. You're completely distorting what Kerry said 180 degrees and you know it. Some of the most colorful language though Kerry apologied for. But consider the time and what was at stake, a terrible wrong-headed out of control war killing 10,000 Americans and countless others per year. Robert McNamara now admits how wrong it all was. Extreme wrongs call for strong protests. If you'd been in Nam in 1971, Kerry quite possibly saved your life. Before he died, Nixon embraced Kerry and he and Chuck Colson apologized for hurting him. They all made peace. Why can't you?
