Chicago is a stellar city compared to almost any other metropolitan area in the world.

I love the Lake Front.

And Mayor Daley (both of them) have done remarkable things to keep Chicago beautiful and liveable.

PS: I don't live in Chicago. I live in Evanston, the home of Northwestern University. I can walk from my house to Lake Michgan shoreline in less than five minutes.
