Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't ... Good examples of not working
are in NKorea and Cuba. These dictatorships control the press and jail/kill
those who disagree.

I travel a lot as part of my business and I still see that the USA has the best standard
of living ... and, people are still trying every means possible to come over here.
