Al, Bush Ratings Drop Among Uncommitted Voters, Annenberg Poll Says... ...The president's ratings among registered voters changed little after the convention, the poll found. Fifty-two percent approved of Bush's performance in office in September, compared with 53 percent in August. Doh! Some of those uncommitted that approved Bush's performance have switched to committed to Bush, and the remaining didn't change their approval, so there was a net drop of the average.
