Well, it seem 80% of the stocks I am following have more outlyer data. Volume in the millions per minute or prices in the 100's of thousands. I have called NAQ on this and they say "let me check".

Today, the data feed is great, but the quality has slipped.

Spurious data is a fact of life, I can understand that, BUT the RTIT software HAS to be able to clean out OR ignore any crazy data items.

How? Well lots of ways, but the only simple one I can think off is to have user selectable scales set for each chart, BEYOND which all data would be ignored. This might force us to group stocks into similar prices ranges within one quote page, but it would be worth it!!.

Any response NAQ?

Ed

PS NONE of the indexes I track ever seem to produce a usable chart. the errors here are especially frequent!

PS2. Well as I typed this RTIT stopped dead in its tracks and came back 8 minutes later????
