It's not at all true that cheney, rumsfeld, myers and shrub, constitute a "vast" group.

It's also not at all relevant. Those 4 could not have handled all the information themselves. Any conspiracy would have to include the people who handled the raw intel and security data as well as analysts and probably others as well.

And that is just for the conspiracy that I thought you were talking about, covering up that the alleged perps didn't do it. Actually having people perform the attacks under the direction of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and/or Myers, would require an even bigger conspiracy.
