OTC BB stocks are where delisted stocks end up, and since IECS is not trading on the NASDAQ exchange, it does not need to meet requirements.
Sometimes you will see(even in PR) the mention of the NASDAQ OTC BB, but there is no such thing.
IECS is a BB stock all the way, and since I was not able to find any data on EDGARS concerning their financial status, I am extremely sceptical.
The comments on this infrequently inhabited thread smell of hype that has left a few investors holding the "News will be coming soon" bag on this one.
I am not interested in what IR has to say since it is in their interest to put the company in a positve light. That is their job. Any IR caught telling investors to put the clams elsewhere are that the company is having problems, is sure to find themselves on the back end of an unemployment line.
Wheres the official required by federal law from the IRS quarterly or annual report? Who is on the board of directors. What is their history? Have they been in trouble with the SEC or any other governing body? How much do they pay themselves in salary, parachute agreements and perks? Are their facilities accessable, and if not why. Are their industry goals well defined and are their steps towards these goals in line with them? What experience does the company leadership have in the field of environmental science, innovative solutions of the nature they have stated. Has this company ever been known under a different name, and have they been involved in a different type of business?
Who is recommending this stock, and are they accessable for further analysis of company? What is their relationship with the company, and what if any fees in the form of cash, options, stock, debentures, etc are there?
Playing the pennies can be fun, but jumping into unknowns because it sounds good, isn't the way to keep your $$$$.
Not looking to rock the boat as I am always looking for a good penny deal. AIPN,NCTI and CCEE are penny plays where risk to reward factor are excellent. CRTM is boring, but stable enough to be worth holding for the possible explosion upward. CCH is still a questionmark IMO, but when I have finished my DD, I will know whether it's a buy for me or not. UPET puzzles me. It looks really ugly, but it my be on the level. Don't like company name change, and think there are too many irons in the fire, so I am staying away.
Everyone of the pennies I have mentioned are listed on the NASDAQ except CCH which is listed on the NYSE. CAWS,CAMLD and MFN are also good penny plays.
Something smells about IECS, and I don't think it's their pigs
Thanks
