Uh, the releasing of Kerry's records was a side effect of the lawsuit, which in turn was based on the Freedom of Information act.

Of course, the AP only sued for Bush's records, not Kerry's, but they're going to get both anyway. Funny how bias in the media always backfires ...



What bias? Its Bush's records that are difficult to get, not Kerry's. With Bush, each request results in one more 'lost' record getting 'found'.

And you wonder why people are suspicious?
