If my memory serves me, the Kosovo war was also fought without CONGRESSIONAL approval. That's correct. Are you trying to compare the war in Kosovo with the war in Iraq? The war in Kosovo was well orchestrated and did not lead to a quagmire. You can try to 'priss' up Kosovo all you want but there is no comparison..........not even an iota. Clinton knew what he was doing at home and abroad. Bush is a rube who should have stayed with the TX Rangers. ted
