re: You tell me which one of these is Churchil, which one is Chamberlain.
Frankly, if I have to play the game, I pick Kerry over Bush for Churchill. Churchill was a pragmatist, without a dogma laden agenda to distract him from his purpose. Your appeasement implication doesn't hold water, and your analogy to the present is a no show... meant to demean one candidate and elevate the other. Neither candidate is a Churchill or a Chamerlain and you know it.
re: Gee, now you are into the Kitty Kelly stuff?
Yes. Why not?
re: The choice is between 2 guys who made it to the finals. One may ride a Harley, windsurf, but he is insecure and weak (it shows), does not have strength of his convictions, for that matter, he doesn't have convictions.
<Yawn>. Just because the Rove propaganda machine repeats something 100,000 times, it doesn't mean it's true. Compare the Bush accomplishments before he was in the White House, to what Kerry has accomplished. Then look what Bush has done since he's been in the White House; the mess in Iraq, the deficit, the new dysfunctional entitlement, the decline of the dollar, the decline in jobs, the increase in poverty and decrease in health coverage, the decline is US prestige, the polarization of the country.
The choice has never been more clear.
