they are trying to dry him out before he hits the campaign trail. his bloated face just doesn't set well with the voters. if nothing else, force him to switch to vodka so he doesn't reek so bad.... i wonder if he hits the sauce so much because when he looks out into a crowd and sees a young woman he recollects the voice of Mary Jo screaming "help me" as he leaves her to drown in his car....
