Yes, and if you followed the thread, the question was whether it had UN and Congressional approval. Kosovo war was illegal as far as US law is concerned and as far as the UN is concerned.



I know what the thread is, Jozef, I have been listening to you yack and whine about Kosovo for the past three years.

The fact still stands that the Kosovo operation was handle expeditiously, bilaterally and effectively. Iraq has turned into hell on earth and is a quagmire. There is nothing analogous about the two of them other than the position of the UN. Each war reflects the capability of the leader at the time.

And the fact still stands that Annan has called the Iraq war illegal and did not do the same with the Kosovo war. In fact, the UN played a significant role in the Kosovo war.

That was back when the US still commanded the respect and cooperation of other nations. All of that along with so many other things has been lost under the tenure of your Mr. Bush!
