You cannot look at a legislative voting record and determine the intent of the voter. For example the Bush campaign likes to lie about Kerry's vote on the $87 billion. They never say in the commercial that Kerry supported the $87 billion, but also supported paying for it too. Bush just keeps racking up the credit card for future generations to pay off later. I happen to agree with Kerry that we should have paid the cost of the war. What's the point in responding when you have perverted the facts? This is a common tactic used by the republicans. Orca
