Better than average commentary on our American justice system: story.news.yahoo.com Somewhat off topic, but ties in well with recent discussions related to bringing the Bush Crime Family to justice. The real issue is those responsible for producing justice, based solely on evidence and rule of law, do nothing of the sort. Their decisions are based entirely on personal prejudice and personal gain. It's also worth mentioning how many areas of our justice system have completely eliminated the process of trial by jury. At some point or other, the decision is left in the hands of partisan judges.
