That is OUTRAGEOUS. I am hoping the NASD and SEC disallow what Susquehanna Financial is doing by charging for ETF's. They are already making a spread so they want to be compendated twice? I find it disgusting and I urge everyone to write letters expressing your disdain for this practice!
