Pres Bush is addressing the root of terrorism not just tip of the iceberg circumstances in the MidEast.
Positive results are becoming apparent. Saudi Arabia recently hired hundreds of it's own citizens for jobs that were traditionally filled by foreign workers. That sort of constructive development from the war on terrorism demonstrates that Pres Bush has an effective strategy.
John Kerry is habitually indecisive and would take more than 4yrs to decide which strategy to pursue.
