Hi Jay and everybody - article in Barron's saying HK property market looking up, counter cyclical to rest of the world's property market, companies selling at discount to NAV, etc...

I 'm doing DD on a number of tiny oil companies with wells in exotic locations (not North America) - this was suggested by Malcolm.

So Far -
I own and am happy with -

EGY Gabon big potential upside, stock keeps climbing. I have loaded up close to my limit

TRGL Turkey, other Europe. Big deal is offshore Turkey. Shallow water, might develop more wells by late next year. Stock still rising as Wall Street realizes importance of their find, but could stall after the next 20-30% .

ATPG - North Sea - stock a bit volitile. I have neglected this, but it has done well.

Looking at -

AYO. AU Aussie company, Amity, in Turkey. NG is $4.41 Mcf in Turkey ! Also in Oz, and Oklahoma USA.
Seems more than a bit overvlaued, stock price in long decline, could be bottoming

OYL.V Canadian exchange - exploring in Guyanana, near Suriname both on and offshore.

Hertiage oil - Canadian - sold some Congo to M&P , exploring in Uganda....

BUR.L Burren in UK - they are in Africa also....

APAGF - a funny maybe overpriced Argentine exploration play....

and of course your M&P

Later I may look at -

Energy Africa South Africa
Pan Ocean
Carin (finds oil in India)
maybe some Russians....
