Tax cuts = 2 trillion in deficits
Libya was not a threat
Saddam was not an immediate threat

He had the beginnings of a success in Afghanistan but prematurely pulled out and shot his wad in Iraq, the wrong place in the wrong way. Sorry for the sex metaphor. But Bush is a premature ejaculator when it comes to the war on terror.
