Chancery Court in February after Santa Clara, California-based
3Com offered to acquire the company through a stock swap."


Now here's what we do. First we put a bounty on those shareholders, you see this way we can find them, a small bounty is all that's requiered because their names must be in the court Docs., Then we sue the pants off of them for causing the $500,000 lost in legal fees, plus the 5-6% loss today in the stock's value.
