Didn't you once quote some hedgie as saying "short clinical trials?" That's a little extreme, but if one goes after the more questionable ones, such as Ceplene's, it should work very well in the long run. Perhaps on should short clinical trials of companies that change their names or their product's name (though product names change all the time as they develop and get passed around).
