[The New York Times, 2/6/02] The "flop" is an "analysis" by the NY Times, not a conflicting statement from the Bush administration. If anything, it's a promise not kept, not a flip-flopping of position. Hmmmmmmmm.........Bush says he's not going to raid SS funds and then he does, and somehow in your mind, that's not a flip flop? Interesting.
