Lt. Col Kwiatkowski was in charge of the DOD's Libya assessments. If she's a kook then so is everyone in Rummy's Pentagon. She was shocked when her truthful report was rewritten by Cheney's people to make Libya look like we were still back in the 80's. Libya hasn't been a threat in over a decade. Bush did nothing to make us safer with Libya. It was a political hoax.
