On 17 September, 2004, in Moscow Kashira began uncommon competitions. To the special training range of the Kashira electrical networks OFJOINT STOCK COMPANY "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration ofPower System Management" arrived the representatives of operational-repair personnel of the enterprises of electrical networks from thecountries of the cooperation of the independent states (CIS).
International competitions are conducted in accordance with theresolutions of the electric power council OF THE CIS together with thedepartment of technical Audit and general inspection, By department of control of personnel and RP Of"tsentrenergotekhnadzor" OF RAO THE "EES OF RUSSIA". In the competitions will participate command of six states of thecollaboration: Republic ofs Armenia, Republics Belarus', Republics Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzskoy republic, The Russian Federation, Republics Tadzhikistan, and also the command of the masters of range - Kashira networks OFJOINT STOCK COMPANY "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of Power System Management". The competitions of workmanship and training of operational- repair personnel of electrical networks regularly were organized on the Kashira range and it is earlier, but the competitions of this scale take place here for the first time.
The first days in the program of competitions are diverted for theacquaintance with the stages and the trainings, and on 20 September is assigned official discovery, on which will be present chairman RAO "EES OF RUSSIA" Anatoliy Chubays. For conducting of trainings and practical part of the competitions onthe range of Kashira electric brushes the supports of electric power lines 6-10 kV and other equipment were prepared. By the purpose of competitions will be the estimation of the professional habits of personnel with conducting of operationalcontrol equipment and to the fulfillment of repair work of theelectrical networks, and also the exchange of advanced experience in this sphere.
Competitions consist of several stages. First stage - checking the knowledge of technical-normative documentation with the use of software. The second - removal of victim from the impact by the electric current(this role it will assume special mannequin) from the ferroconcrete support. On the earth "suffered" will be shown first aid by the forces of allmembers of command. In the third stage for electricians one must carry out several exercises on the replacement of power equipment: knife switches and high-voltage wires under the "conditional" stress.
Each command, arrived in Kashira, it consists of master - the leader of brigade and two electricians, and one additional member of command remains "on the bench of spare".
