I agree that the people are fair but first they need to know the truth. Those that are not well informed will make decisions that are based on illusions. Iraq is a dismal failure and we will continue to lose lives there as long as we remain the occupiers. If we can get support from other nations we can change the tide and exit sooner. A full democracy will not be a part of Iraq for decades because it's against their religion and their culture. Maybe in a hundred years we might see some change but not in the coming years. A democratic vote will result in a Moslem rule that will create a theocracy. Iraq will actually go backwards before they move forward. It will take a fair amount of time to evolve into a democratic state. Bush would have better luck trying to make Kuwait into a democracy................and we all know how unlikely that is. Pat
