Jay Leno, The Tonight Show Have you considered the ramifications of the precedent set by Bush when he implemented his policy of preemptive invasions of foreign countries? Now Putin has adopted the policy and I believe we'll see more countries crossing borders to project their will in the name of furthering Bush's crusade to stamp out terrorism and allegedly bring freedom and democracy to the invaded victims.
