I have been with E*Trade for some three months now and for the
first two months or so I was really displeased with the quality of their
services. Now, or over the last couple of weeks though, I think they
have really began to clean up their act. Better customer service
and access times. A couple of days ago I called CS and was
getting ready to to set the phone down and come back in twenty
or so minutes when I was shocking suprised to hear a live voice in
in less than five minutes. Forget about olyimpic records, this one was
truly amazing.
