Caught the tail end of Kerry's speech just now. I thought he did fine, even though I don't agree with him. I gauge the effectiveness of his speeches by whether they raise my blood pressure. It did.

It will be interesting to see him and Bush debate. I honestly don't think Bush has any advantage at all as a debater. He has that tendency to get tangled up and step on his tongue.

Kerry does waffle and parse and flex in the wind but is more articulate.
