CB, Kerry talks about stuff, and says things that contradict what he has said before. That leaves people wondering just what he really means, and what he will really do.

Bush, on the other hand, says what he will do, goes ahead and does it, and stands by his decisions. Most people would be inclined to believe a man like Bush, than a flip-flopper like Kerry.

Don't sell Bush's debating ability short. Many thought that Gore would hand him his head in the debates because of the tendency for Bush to make grammatical error, but it didn't happen, and Kerry has a shakier image, and platform, than Gore did.
