Now if someone were to give their Kurds the idea that Kurds can actually have their own country... They wouldn't hestiate. I don't know.........they might be glad to ship their Kurds off to the Iraqi Kurds. As you probably know, the Kurds actually have formed their own country........its just not been recognized....small detail. <g> As to your comments, I think its a chicken or egg kind of situation. Aside from the Kurdish probem, the EU just slapped Turkey's hands for making adultery a crime. I do know that Turkey badly wants to join the EU.........it would do wonders for its economy. ted
