Rickey,

I talked with Curt Fesbach of the Feshbach Brothers today and their analyst told me that Aames' financials really looked good except for the charge offs in the fourth quarter. I believe that it is their intent as well as mine that Aames completly cleaned all of their crap off their balance sheet. I can only believe that this was done to make the company's financials appealing to an acquiring company.

They also told me that it their opinion that a take over is forth coming and the still believe that the purchase price will be in the $25-$30 range.

The stock had volumn in excess of 3 million shares today and it maintained th $19 level. In my opinion that great it could have been worse. There was a lot of buying today and I saw at least one block of 10,000 shares traded.

Well tomorrow is another day!
