Responsible criticism of Bush would include mentioning that he led us into war in Iraq on the rationale they had WMDs and they did not - That he has wrongfully equated the war in Iraq with the war on terrorism when Iraq was not a state which harbored terrorists - That he sent an inadequate number of troops to provide security - That he dismantled the Iraq Army - That he dramatically underestimated the cost in money and lives - That he has not leveled with the public about the problems we face there.
