Bush is accustomed to audiences that have signed statements pledging their allegiance to him. I doubt the GOP was able to get all the world UN ambassadors to comply with their wishes!! LOL It's the first time Bush has made a speech to an audience that has it's eyes open and isn't obligated to support him. I think his speech writers got carried away and forgot who Bush was speaking to!! Pat
