But warming of the glaciers in Greenland and the ice of the arctic circle will reduce the salinity of the waters of the north Atlantic ocean and can shut down the thermohaline conveyor belt that draws warm water up and warms Europe. If the thermohaline shuts down, and it has in the past, it will cause an ice age in Europe. Also, to get all you alleged new farm land now covered in ice to dry out it would likely result in large tracts of equatorial land be turned into a desert such as happened with the Sahara desert. Bush is wrong on the environment.
