I won the bet! With my wife, that is. I bet her, we'd get a post today, probally from James, since BOCI ticked up. It sure was awfully silent last week, as it traded down in the high 7's.

To be honest, I really do not read, follow or care about those ratings, as they are for "retail" investors imo. But, you do make a good point about a broker possibly being given marching orders to "off load" some BOCI. With no news, this seems strange, especially for a thinly traded, and not much followed by the analysts.
