Notification of Major Interests in Shares The Company has received a notification from Calyon Corporate and Investment Bank on 22 September 2004 on behalf of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd, informing it that they have an interest in 25,102,000 shares representing 6.75% of the issued share capital of the Company, which currently stands at 371,961,736 shares.
