ROTFL. Quoting Bill Clinton now, are we?

"Bush DID say we cannot win the war on terror. He said it right before the GOP convention. Just becuse [sic] you were asleep, don't call others liars."

You, madam, ARE a liar. Bush said no such thing. He was asked whether we could "win" the WOT within a specific time frame and said he did not think we could - within that time frame. He did NOT say we would never win it. And you know that.
