Penni! Just let me know when you'll be out here! Would love to see you again! Sorry you're going to miss this one, but the way things are going, it may be a washout afterall. More bad news...all our pool equipment must be replaced along with our water holding tank. It usually takes a building to fall on my head to get a clear message of impending doom...this time it's a swimming pool! :o[ I'll know more tomorrow after our contractor talks to the pool guys! One thing for certain, whoever buys this house is going to have brand new everything! -Pam
