You might be right. It is even possible that the reactionary repubs trying to make something huge out of it could cause a backlash of support for Dan Rather, who has a pretty good reputation with the public.

Consultants are giving viacom a bullish rating in the short term. It will depend on the sentiment caused by either an agreement by the public that CBS is corrupted or by the back lash thing. I wont bet on the direction but am leaning toward the stock recovering to at least 37 bucks if things go well for CBS over the next week.
