I have no idea whether Drier is gay, nor do I consider it my business, so long as he doesn't lie about it under oath and so long as he isn't engaged in sexual activities with boys who are too young to defend themselves against the imbalance of power.

Are you saying that its okay for our politicians to profess to be one thing but in reality be another; that is, a politician can take on a Pro choice position in public but encourage his wife and/or daughter to get an abortion? Would that be acceptable to you as well? How much can you trust a politician when his public position is predicated on a lie?

In Hollywood, it was bad enough.....watching these macho guys pretend to be the consummate playboy when in reality they were 'schtupping' guys on the side, or the ingenues pretending to be the wholesome girl from Kansas when it reality, they were screwing every guy that looked their way and dropping ecstasy at every club. The hypocrisy was nauseating but you could ignore it because it was Hollywood...tinseltown. How can you ignore the lies of a politician?

As the Blackeyed Peas say in one of their cuts..."how can there be love when there is no truth"!
