HINGHAM, Mass., Aug. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- DM Management Company
(Nasdaq: DMMC) today announced that Olga L. Conley has been promoted to the
position of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Ms. Conley, 39, currently
serves as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for the Company. She
succeeds Samuel L. Shanaman, 56, who remains Chief Operating Officer and a
member of the board of directors.
On making the announcement, Gordon R. Cooke, President and Chief Executive
Officer commented, "This promotion acknowledges the significant contribution
Olga has made to DM Management. She has been an integral member of our
executive team for many years, playing a key role in the Company's initial
public offering and in its recent financial turnaround. Olga's experience,

Ms. Conley, who has held various senior financial positions at the
Company, joined DM Management in 1991. Previously, she was Corporate
Controller at Project Software & Development, Inc., a developer and provider
of project management and maintenance software. Ms. Conley, who is a
Certified Public Accountant, has also served on the audit staff of Coopers &
