Bush-Cheney are lying about Libya. Just an outright lie. Gaddafi has matured a lot and hasn't been a threat to us in more tha a decade. Everyone inside the diplomatic and military knows that but Bush-Cheney decided to lie and use Libya (and their accompanying big oil deal) to fool voters and pin a phony medal on their already over-inflated chests.
