I think it is a natural extension of Bush's policies to assume that the draft will eventually need to be reinstated. The way that Bush is treating the military, it will get to the point where many will leave both the active service and especially the Guard/Reserves. If Bush is reelected, he will tax our military even more, possibly in Iran, and the well will run dry quickly...
