I want the housing bubble to burst to bring homes back into the affordable range for low income earners. Screw the middle class. What did they do to deserve to become paper millionaires just because prices rise while poor people can't get a piece of the pie? When prices rise the middle class re-finances and buys things they can't ordinarily afford on credit. Sorry I don't feel sorry for these greedy people who think that they are entitled to things they can't afford.
