John Kerry voted us into Iraq also

Sure. I suppose he believed Bush et al when they said they KNOW Iraq had something to do with 9/11, that they KNOW Saddam had WMDs, that the smoking gun could be in the shape of a mushroom cloud, etc. Just like the 28 other democrats who voted for Bush's Iraq resolution, like this guy:

commondreams.org

The question you should be asking is, if Kerry were president and had the whole state intelligence apparatus reporting to him, would he or would he not have decided to invade Iraq? Would he have brought that resolution to the Senate?

Nobody can know for sure. I just don't see in Kerry the singular nature of hard-headedness and absolute intent of this administration to invade Iraq (as voiced on numerous occasions by people working with them) whatever the costs (to American people) and damn the evidence. Kerry probably wouldn't. And neither would Bush I, nor Clinton. Even Reagan would probably look more impartially into the available data and not prod CIA a la "Why doesn't your intelligence support what we know is out there?"

Just imho...
