Flat Q; waiting til November. You may well be right. But, on the other hand, the "smart" money may wish to buy in before. My guess (and I am notoriously bad at market timing) is that there will be some movement upward when the new phones hit the shelves--perhaps back into low 50's, maybe with some retreat from there. Proving it can execute the product transition on the timetable the company did, in fact, mention in its conference call should show that the anyalysts' fears that QCOM might miss the fall-Christmas season ought, IMHO, bring some support for the stock and increase the trading volume.

I think that movement above 52 or 53 would be unlikelyin view of the caution on the street--until November-December (the time frame you mention), when earnings will be seen to rise again. Would appreciate your thoughts on this scenario.
