Do you know what they accused of? They never ever accused her of insider trading. They accused her of lying during an FBI interview which she stupidly did without a lawyer present. These people are trained to make you lie. She was convicted in the media with the flimsiest of evidence before a blatantly unfair judge and a jury that admitted they wanted to get her. A very sorry but not unusual example of justice. She was screwed, but I imagine she will have enough money left and enough of her company will survive to make another go of it. How about all the less fortunate people that are railroaded?
