It is stupid to think that the UN is going to take charge of anything unless it is graft or bribery.

The USA should NEVER let the UN take control of anything in which we are involved.

..and again I say you are living under the influence of the Kerry Koolade to think that ANY country is just waiting to see if Kerry is elected before they jump in.

and I couldn't care less how many international papers you read...that won't change the facts.
