Bush not only overspends, he makes tens of billions just vanish. Into the pockets of cronies much of it. And the bigger plan now to privatize SS and Medicare will make hundreds of billions disappear into his cronies pockets. The war is a huge profiteering machine for Bush's cronies. Halliburton is just the top of the iceberg. Furthermore, Bush fights hard foir tax relief for those who have no need of it, and who don't create jobs with it.
